ORWhat is hotel manager? Write down any four works of hotel manager.
Ans: The hotel manager is a person who makes proper management of the facilities, opportunities, hospitality and required services for the people from the general customers to the highly dignified guests.
To be a perfect hotel manager firstly, we have to complete Bachelor in Hotel Management (BHM).
The following things/works should be performed sincerely to be a perfect hotel manager;
i) Fulfill the expectations of the guests.
ii) Work properly coordinating with all the human resources.
iii) Manages properly all the department of hotel.
iv) Carry out the daily management tasks in an effective way.
v) Provide comfort, security and facilities to extend the stay of the guest.
vi) They have to recruit hotel staff with desirable skills, technology and soft personal skills.
vii) To inspire and motivate the marketing managers.
Q2) Discuss the importance of Hotel Management.
Ans: Hotel management plays importance role in Nepal. In order to learn and explore the religious, cultural, natural, geographical and social status of Nepal, Tourist from within country and outside country visit Nepal. Managing Hotel with good facilities helps to stay tourist. Welcoming tourist to Nepal increases country’s pride. It helps to establish good relation with others countries. Foreign currency will enter to our country, which helps to uplift the economic status of Nepal. Providing comfort, security and facilities to tourist in Hotel leads to increase the number of tourist in Nepal which helps to solve unemployment problems. For this reason, hotel management is very important.

Ans: They teach in college and universities.
2) How can a person be a lecturer of a college?
Ans: A person with master degrees in related subjects can be a lecturer but he/she must appear the examination organized by the University Commission of the Nepal Government to be a permanent lecturer.

Ans: The following are the duties and responsibilities of Headteacher;
i) To manage staff and work coordinating with general teacher.
ii) To recruit new teacher.
iii) To organize the different co-curricular activities in school.
iv) To perform administrative work and control it.
v) To admit new students in school.
vi) To manage exam related materials.
vii) To observe and monitor every classes regularly.
